Effective Date: April 1, 2026
This CCPA Notice applies only to California residents and supplements the Arborlinked, LLC Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If there is a conflict between this CCPA Notice and the Privacy Policy, this CCPA Notice controls for California residents.

This CCPA Notice explains:
- The categories of personal information we collect and why;
- How we disclose personal information and whether we “sell” or “share” it (as those terms are defined under California law);
- How long we retain personal information; and
- How to exercise your California rights.
2) Categories of Personal Information We Collect

- To service providers/contractors that support our business (e.g., hosting, analytics, security, support);
- To payment processors to process subscription payments;

- In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition).
5) “Sale” and “Sharing” of Personal Information (California Definitions)
A. Do We “Sell” Personal Information?
Our Privacy Policy states that we do not sell personal information to third parties.
B. Do We “Share” Personal Information for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising?
Our Privacy Policy explains that automated technologies and third parties may collect information to provide interest-based/behavioral advertising or targeted content, and includes an opt-out mechanism to the extent such activity is considered a “sale,” “targeted advertising,” or “profiling” under applicable laws.
Accordingly, for California residents, we provide the opt-out rights described below. California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as those terms are defined under California law).
C. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (Opt-Out)
You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by using:

6) Sensitive Personal Information
California provides a right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information in certain circumstances. Our Privacy Policy includes examples of identity document information (e.g., Social Security number, driver’s license number) “if you have consented,” which may qualify as sensitive personal information under California law if collected. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a ‘Limit’ link.”
7) Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, complying with law, resolving disputes, and preventing fraud/abuse.
