What makes ArborLinked different from Indeed or LinkedIn?
Most general job boards lump arborist roles under “landscaping” or “general labor.” ArborLinked is built specifically for tree care professionals. That means job filters for climbing style (SRT, DRT, lift), equipment experience (chainsaw, rigging, crane), certifications (ISA, TCIA, CDL), and role types (climber, ground crew, PHC, consulting, sales).
Is ArborLinked free for arborists?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching jobs, and applying to positions is completely free for job seekers.
Do I need ISA certification to use ArborLinked?
Not at all. ArborLinked is for everyone in tree care—from groundies and apprentices to certified arborists and consultants. You can list your current certs or leave that section blank if you’re still working toward them.
Can I apply anonymously or control who sees my profile?
Yes. You can choose to make your profile visible only when you actively apply to a job, or you can make it searchable so employers can reach out to you first. You’re always in control.
How do I know a job posting is legitimate?
Every employer account is verified before they can post jobs. If you ever see something suspicious, you can flag it and our team will review it within 24 hours.
Will I get spammed with irrelevant jobs?
No. We only show you jobs that match the filters you set—climbing style, location, cert requirements, and role type. You can also turn off email alerts anytime.
How much does it cost to post a job on ArborLinked?
Annual plan: $279/year
Can I search arborist profiles instead of waiting for applications?
Yes. With a paid employer account, you can browse our candidate database and reach out to arborists directly. This is great for filling roles quickly or finding passive candidates.
How do I know applicants are actually qualified?
ArborLinked profiles include fields for certifications, years of experience, climbing style, equipment proficiency, and verifiable work history. You can also require specific certs (like ISA Certified Arborist) on your job postings to automatically filter applicants.
What if I hire someone before the 30 days are up?
You can close the job posting early at no extra charge. Unused days do not roll over, but you’re welcome to post again when you have a new opening.
How is ArborLinked different from TCIA's job board or other niche sites?
ArborLinked combines job postings with a searchable candidate database, modern filters (climbing style, certs, equipment), and a much simpler user interface. We’re built for speed and ease of use—on desktop or mobile.
Do I need to create an account to search jobs?
You can browse job listings without an account, but you’ll need a free arborist account to save jobs, apply, or create a searchable profile.
Is ArborLinked mobile-friendly?
Yes. The site works on phones and tablets, so you can search and apply from the field or the truck.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password” on the login page. We’ll send a reset link to your email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can delete your account anytime from your settings page. All your profile data will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you need help, email us at info@arborlinked.com.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We never sell your data. Your contact information is only shared with employers when you actively apply to a job or choose to make your profile searchable. See our Privacy Policy
