My name is Kevin Lamphere, and my journey in arboriculture started over 30 years ago when I studied Urban Tree Management at Paul Smith’s College. Right from the get-go, I was stepped into leadership as a crew leader, and over the decades, I’ve worked in every single role our industry has to offer. I've been a groundman, a production climber doing technical climbing and crane removals, a sales professional, and the owner of my own tree and landscape business where I handled everything from hiring to finance. Along the way, I've committed myself to the highest standards of safety and professionalism as an ISA Certified Arborist with a TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) credential.

In July of 2025, I had a brainstorm. After seeing firsthand how difficult it can be for great companies and skilled tree care professionals to find one another on generic job boards, I knew we needed a dedicated space. I builtArborlinked to be that missing link, using my lifetime of industry experience to help strengthen and connect the tree care community.
