The Services are offered only in the United States. We do not intentionally market or direct the Services to individuals outside the U.S.

Our Services are a two-sided recruiting and job-board platform serving the arborist and horticulture industries. This policy applies to:
· Job Seekers / Applicants / Candidates who create profiles, upload resumes, search and apply for jobs, and communicate with Employers through the platform.
· Employers / Companies / Customers who create accounts, purchase subscriptions, and post job listings.
This policy applies to information we collect:
· Through the Services; and
· In communications between you and us related to the Services (for example, email or in-platform messages).
This policy does not apply to:
· Third-party websites, apps, or services (including any employer sites) that you may access through links on our Services; or
· How Employers handle applicant information once they receive it (see Section 8).
2) Information We Collect
We collect information from you in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information from service providers in connection with operating the Services.
A. Information You Provide
Account and Contact Information
· Name, email address, phone number, username/password, and similar account details.
Job Seeker Profile, Resume, and Application Information
· Resume/CV, work history, education, certifications/licenses you choose to include, skills, references, and other information you provide through your profile or application materials.
· Information you submit when applying to a job through the Services (which may include documents and responses to application questions).
Employer / Company Information
· Company name, company contact information, billing contact information, and details you provide about your company profile and recruiting needs.
Job Posting Information
· Job listings and related details (e.g., role descriptions, pay ranges if included, location, requirements, and application instructions).
Communications
· Messages and content you send through the platform (for example, messages between Employers and Job Seekers), and communications with us (for example, support emails).
Subscription and Billing Information (Employers)
· Subscription plan selection, billing address, invoices, and transaction metadata.
· Payment card processing: Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We generally receive limited payment-related information (such as confirmation that payment was made and basic billing details), and the payment processor handles payment card data.
B. Information Collected Automatically (Device/Usage/Cookies)
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
· Device and log information (e.g., IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, timestamps, pages viewed, and referring URLs).
· Usage information (e.g., how you navigate the Services, features used, and interactions such as clicks).
· Cookies and similar technologies used for functionality, security, and basic analytics (see Section 6).
We do not use personal information to engage in cross-context behavioral advertising unless we clearly state otherwise in this policy.
C. Information From Service Providers
We may receive information from vendors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, and payment processors. This information is typically used to provide and secure the Services (for example, fraud prevention signals from a payment processor).
3) Sensitive Information — Please Don’t Include Unnecessary Details
Job Seekers should avoid including sensitive personal information in resumes, profiles, or messages unless specifically requested by an Employer and legally appropriate. For example, do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account numbers, or medical information unless it is required for a specific job process and you are comfortable providing it.
4) How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including to:
· Provide the Services and core platform features, including creating and managing accounts.
· Enable job postings and job search, including displaying Employer job listings and Job Seeker profiles/resumes in accordance with platform settings.
· Enable applications and recruiting workflows, including transmitting Job Seeker application materials to Employers when a Job Seeker applies or shares information.
· Enable communications between Employers and Job Seekers through the platform.
· Process Employer subscriptions and payments, including billing, invoicing, and account administration.
· Provide support and troubleshooting, including responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues.
· Protect the Services, including security monitoring, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and enforcing our terms and policies.
· Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
· Analyze and improve the Services using internal analytics and performance measurement.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5) How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, comply with law, and protect Arborlinked and users.
A. Disclosures You Initiate or Authorize (Core Job-Board Functionality)
Job applications and resume sharing: When a Job Seeker applies to a job posting or otherwise shares information with an Employer through the Services, we disclose the Job Seeker’s application materials (such as resume, profile information, and messages) to that Employer so they can evaluate the candidate.
B. Service Providers and Vendors
We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Services, such as:
· Hosting, cloud storage, and infrastructure providers
· Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and tax processors
· Analytics and security providers
· Customer support and communication tools
These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us, consistent with this policy and applicable law.
C. Legal, Safety, and Rights Protection
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
· Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request;
· Enforce our terms and policies;
· Protect the rights, property, or safety of Arborlinked, our users, or others (including fraud prevention and security purposes).
D. Business Transfers

E. Aggregated/De-Identified Information

· Maintain business records (including billing records for Employers);
· Comply with legal obligations;

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
8) Employer Access and Responsibility
Employers who receive Job Seeker information (such as a resume or application) are responsible for how they use and handle that information once received, including compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws. Arborlinked is not responsible for an Employer’s independent privacy or security practices.
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) Your Choices
Depending on how you use the Services, you may be able to:
· Update or correct certain account information through your account settings;
· Adjust certain profile visibility settings;[DG2]
· Opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us as described in Section 13.
11) U.S. State Privacy Rights
Some U.S. states provide residents with privacy rights (which may include rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, or “sales” as defined by law).
