Description
Desired Climber Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ climbing experience and Aerial Rescue training
- Experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lifts is a plus
- Experience in detailed, ornamental and natural pruning and shaping techniques
- Responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees
- Experience climbing with and without spurs
- Tree ID skills and practice of ISA & ANSI A300 tree care standards
- Understanding of knots, rigging techniques, tree cabling, and bracing
- Experience safely operating chainsaws, chippers, trucks, stump grinders, or special equipment
Additional Crew Leader Qualifications
- Experience managing crews and jobs
- Ability to communicate effectively via email and track project progress
- Ability to maintain efficiency, while ensuring safety compliance and quality control
- Adherence to ANSI Z133 & OSHA work procedures and Company policies
- Customer service skills
- English speaking, Spanish a plus
- Punctuality, Reliability, and Integrity are a must
ISA Certified Arborist / Tree Worker and TCIA CTSP are a Plus!
Compensation: $32-$53 per hour; based on experience, certifications, and skill level
